Projects nearly targets females of the 27family cluster of Paliyars.
Sail Foundation believes all human beings are equal and has the right to have good health and a proper standard of living and works for the integrated development of women and children of vulnerable segments of the society.
Sexual harassment, theft, molestation are some of the daily challenges women face. Discrimination starts at the very level as women are seen as incompetent for challenging roles such as forest work and agricultural labor works.
The project targets nearly females of the 27family cluster to render services such as general medical and health care, information, immunization camps and educating about responsible sexual behavior, gender equality training and entrepreneurship training to raise income for women.
Entrepreneurship development

The training will be conducted for the women groups, which spans for a week or so through resource persons at a neutral venue and is easily commutable. At the end of the training an individual would be able to start a small business to earn a bread for her family as well as strengthen her economical status.

A small evaluation committee will be appointed to monitor the implementation and performance of activities to achieve the project objectives.
